Purchase Policies + Ticket Exchanges


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all remaining concerts in the 2019/2020 Season are postponed or cancelled. Our Box Offices are closed, but our sales team is working remotely to meet your needs.

For all cancelled concerts up to and including 13 June 2020, ticket holders have the following options:

 1. Donation. Many of you have expressed your support and asked what you can do for us. Thank you. If you’re able, one way to help is to turn your ticket into a donation to the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. We are committed to issuing charitable receipts by 31 December 2020 and will make every effort to do so before that date.

2. Credit. If you would like to apply the value of your tickets to a subscription or concert for our upcoming Season, you can receive a credit that will be available for use up to the end of the 2020/2021 Season.

3. Refund. We understand that many people are experiencing financial hardship. You can receive a refund to your original method of payment for tickets to any cancelled performance from 21 March to 13 June 2020

Ticket holders have been contacted by email or phone to determine their preferred method of dealing with remaining ticket values, so please take a moment to complete the email tool or contact our sales team with your preference. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban™ in Concert and Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert are postponed — we’ll keep you posted about new dates, so hold on to your tickets. Should you require a refund, please go to Ticketmaster online, where a refund link will be visible under the order in your Ticketmaster account.

Subscribers can send their 2020/2021 Season ticket orders to info@calgaryphil.com (no faxes or mail please). Please understand that we are receiving a high volume of phone calls and emails, but we are responding to every request as quickly as possible in the order they are received. You can expect to hear back from us within 5 to 7 business days. We are providing options, including refunds, to anyone who has tickets to a cancelled concert. For returning subscribers, we will be holding seats for all those who send their requests prior to 17 August 2020.
