Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our 2020/2021 Season has been cancelled. Our Box Offices are closed, but our sales team is working remotely to meet your needs.

For all cancelled concerts up to and including June 2021, ticket holders have the following options:

 1. Donation. Many of you have expressed your support and asked what you can do for us. Thank you. If you’re able, one way to help is to turn your ticket into a donation to the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. We are committed to issuing charitable receipts by 31 December 2020 and will make every effort to do so before that date.

2. Credit. If you would like to apply the value of your tickets to a subscription or concert for our upcoming Season, you can receive a credit that will be available for use once can welcome you back to the concert hall.

3. Refund. We understand that many people are experiencing financial hardship. You can receive a refund to your original method of payment for tickets to any cancelled performance up to and including June 2021.

For subscribers who purchased tickets to any scheduled Calgary Philharmonic concerts from September 2020 to June 2021, we will return the full value of those tickets through your choice of a refund or a credit to your account. Please contact us at [email protected] or at 403.571.0849 if you have any questions or need assistance. For those with tickets to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in Concert and/or Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert, which were originally postponed, those performances have now been cancelled and you will receive an email from Ticketmaster outlining the automatic refund process.
