Our convenient Flex Pass offers you the ultimate flexibility and saves you 10% off initial ticket prices. Buy a 4 or 6 pack pass you can redeem for tickets to concerts* at the Jack Singer Concert Hall and choose the concert up to an hour before it starts. You also lock in your price and avoid paying venue fees.

How it works

There are two seating options available. Pass B is valid for seats in blue and Pass C is valid for seats in green as indicated on our seat map.

Once you purchase a Flex Pass, it is automatically connected to your Calgary Phil account. To redeem tickets, simply login to your account at calgaryphil.com or call the Box Office at 403.571.0849, choose your seats according to your pass and they will be discounted to $0 in your cart. You can order tickets up to an hour before the concert starts, subject to availability.

* Flex Pass tickets are valid for concerts at the Jack Singer Concert Hall only and cannot be redeemed for Salute to Vienna, Yo-Yo Ma in Concert, and On Stage with James Ehnes. Flex passes are only valid for the 2024/2025 season and expire on 30 June 2025.
