Venues: Jubilee Auditorium
The Calgary Philharmonic performs select concerts at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, including some exciting presentations featuring films on the big screen while the Orchestra plays the soundtrack live. Originally built between 1955 and 1957, the venue holds more than 2,000 people.
The Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium (1415 14 Avenue NW) is adjacent to a C-Train station immediately behind the building (SAIT/ACAD/Jubilee), and has two parking lots within walking distance. The lots are managed by the Calgary Parking Authority and the rate for scheduled performances is $7. It is advised that you arrive 45 minutes prior to curtain time to give you plenty of time get to the auditorium and find your seats (latecomers will be seated at designated times only). The facility is fully accessible to disabled persons. Handicapped parking is available in our parking lot located directly west of the auditorium, with an additional six spaces available in the parking area by the north doors. Handi-Bus parking is available on the northwest side of the building.
