Book your single tickets or subscription with confidence knowing that we have a variety of options available if you are unable to attend.
JACK SINGER CONCERT HALL + OTHER VENUES*
- If you are unable to attend a concert, our team is happy to exchange your tickets for another performance at the Jack Singer Concert Hall OR move the value of the tickets to a credit on your account for future use.
- Ticket exchanges and account credits must be done prior to the start of the performance. Exchanges done within 24 hours of the concert start time are subject to a $8 exchange fee per order (subscribers are exempt). Our call centre is closed on weekends, but our email is monitored for urgent requests.
Account credit must be used within two calendar years. Credit cannot be used for concerts at the Jubilee Auditorium, WinSport, or for Salute to Vienna (including gift vouchers). - All sales are final for Salute to Vienna.

JUBILEE AUDITORIUM + WINSPORT
- Exchanges/transfers for Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra concerts at these venues can be done through Ticketmaster.ca (855.985.4357) and their Fan-to-Fan Resale Option.
- Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be subject to their additional taxes and fees.

Our unique partnership with Kids Up Front Calgary puts unused tickets in the hands of deserving kids and their families to give them the opportunity for an unforgettable experience together. TICKET TYPES AND QUALIFYING AGES:
- Seniors – 65 and older
- Students – 13 and older (applies to ages 3+ when kids pricing unavailable)
- Kids – 12 and under
- Cpossibilities – 35 and under (free registration here)
Please note: Children 2 and under, who sit on the lap of a guardian, do not require a ticket for concerts at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. We are committed to making music accessible to all but kindly ask that you consider the experience of other patrons. Most concerts are approximately two hours long, which may be challenging for younger children to remain quiet throughout. If a disruption occurs, you will be asked to step into the lobby, where a live video feed of the concert will be available for your convenience. Our Symphony Sundays for Kids concerts are perfect for kids and their families.

- Refunds will not be issued due to repertoire, program and/or artist changes

- Tickets not purchased as part of a package are subject to a $6.50/ticket venue fee.
VENUE POLICIES
- Ticketholder agrees to assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the events to which this ticket relates
- Ticketholder must comply with the rules of the premises and the law
- Alcohol and/or illegal drugs may not be brought into the premises
- Ticketholder consents to a reasonable search to ensure compliance
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission/expel any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable by management. Ticketholder shall have no claim against management including for the ticket price
- Latecomers will not be seated until a break in the performance
- Ticketholder agrees to comply with any public health measures required by Alberta Health Services, the City of Calgary, Arts Commons, or the Calgary Philharmonic
- Ticketholder understands that they may be photographed and agree to allow their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the ticket issuer, the event sponsor, or facility owner
