Rebecca specializes in strategic planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development. Known for her fresh and energetic facilitation style, she focuses on co-creating strategy through high engagement and capacity building.
She has partnered with dozens of Boards and senior leadership teams across Canada in the private, family enterprise, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience spans industries including oil and gas, agri-business, real estate and development, professional associations, performing arts, transportation, post-secondary, and social services.
Rebecca brings hands-on governance experience to her work, serving on the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Board as Secretary and previously as Board Chair of Next Gen Men (NGM). She also co-leads the Now & Next Gen Community, a network that connects family businesses and family offices from across Alberta to foster learning, growth, and collaboration. In 2024, she earned her ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management’s Directors Education Program.
An accomplished speaker and educator, Rebecca has guest lectured at the Drucker School of Management (Claremont, California) and regularly teaches Executive MBA students at the Haskayne School of Business (Calgary, Alberta). Outside
