Witness pianists Charles Richard-Hamelin and Ryan Zhu — MacLachlan/Ridge Emerging Artists past and present — in scintillating musical dialogue in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Concerto for Two Pianos. Music Director Rune Bergmann leads the Orchestra in Anton Bruckner’s majestic seventh symphony. A memorial to Richard Wagner, one of the composer’s idols, the second movement features the distinctively rich sonority of four Wagner tubas.
