Isabella D’Éloize Perron, violinist, pianist, and singer, was born in 2000 in Florida into a musical family and began her musical studies at the age of two with her grandmother, Ghislaine Dufour. By the age of three, she was performing in concert with her mother, a professional concert cellist and pedagogue. A resident of Montreal since 2005, Isabella has performed with the popular concert series ‘’Stars of the Future’’ and the musical ‘’Musicman’’ with 80 performances throughout Quebec Province. Her album ‘’isabella 12’’ has been amongst the 10 best sellers in Quebec since it came out in spring 2012. Since then, she has been a guest for various fundraising events and concert series in Canada and USA. Isabella is a prizewinner of many regional, provincial and national competitions and has been awarded first prizewinner with the highest mark multiple times in Canada. In 2015, she received second prize at the Klein International Competition for strings.  Consequently, she will be performing several concerts as soloist with orchestra in 2016.

Claude Gingras critique of the newspaper ”La Presse’’ in Montreal, describes her as ” a player with the assurance of a professional artist ” and as a singer: ” she served us two songs from Edith Piaf’s repertoire and sang with such poise that is was almost scandalous… the impression was that we were hearing a young 20 years old woman!! ”

Isabella has recently moved to Calgary where she is a student of Bill Vandersloot at the Mount-Royal University Conservatory.
